The After School Adventure Program is designed to offer safe, quality after school care for St. John Vianney School students ages 4 through grades 5/6.
Session
Every day after school from 2:45 - 5:45 p.m. in the Parish Center. After School Adventure Program is closed on days when school is not in session and for emergency closings such as snow days. However, if school is closed in the middle of a school day, the after school program will remain open. Closed on holidays.
Daily Schedule
After arrival in the After School Adventure room, students have the opportunity to play outside on the structures or in the cafeteria (during inclement weather). Students return to the room, enjoy a light snack, and begin homework or play games, make crafts, or engage in another supervised activity until parents arrive.
Registration
$40 non-refundable registration fee per child.
Complete a Registration Form per child.
Complete other medical information forms (sent after registration received).

Daily Fees
$5.00 per hour
Snack fee $0.50 per day, billed at the end of the month
1 hour minimum charge, then billed in 1/4 hour increments
10% discount for second, third, etc child
Other Fees
If you are unable to use reserved time, notify the After School Adventure Program at (262) 796-3942, ext 121 as soon as possible. There is no refund for time scheduled/not used.
$1.00 per minute late fee will be charged per child for every minute after 5:45 p.m. that your child is not picked up.
Billing & Payment
Monthly bills are sent with payment expected in the parish office by the end of the month.
$10 fee for late payment.
