Meeting Schedule
Common Leadership Night meetings are held Monday evenings at 6:30pm beginning in Church on:

October 10, 2011              April 16, 2012

CLN = Common Leadership Night

Common Leadership Nights are six evenings scheduled throughout the year when the six standing committees of Parish Leadership, along with their subcommittee liaisons, meet on the same evening. Common Leadership Night serves to strengthen our parish community by improving communications and heightening a sense of common purpose and spirituality amongst parish leadership.  The six standing committees are Admin/Finance, Christian Formation, Human Concerns, Prayer and Worship, School Board, and Stewardship.

The format of Common Leadership Night is as follows:

6:30pm  Committee members gather as one in the church for a gathering prayer 
               and announcements

6:45pm  Committees go to their designated meeting room and holds its committee meeting

8:15pm  Committees conclude meetings and move to the church hall for two minute committee 
               reports

8:20pm  Secretary of each committee reports to all on significant items discussed at the 
               committee meeting

8:40pm  Meeting adjourns – refreshments and fellowship follows

8:45pm  Parish Council meeting commences
