Festival Committee

Role

Festival Committee, under the auspices of Parish Council's Administrative/Finance Leadership, plans and produces an annual parish festival weekend to raise funds for the parish and provide a major parish social activity.

Responsibility

St. John Vianney's Parish Festival weekend is the 2nd weekend after Memorial Day each year. Members on Festival Committee organize and plan every aspect of the Festival.

Membership

Membership on the committee is open to parish members.  Volunteers and potential vendors may contact the Link Office for more information or to submit a request.  Festival Committee meets monthly beginning in January through July (consult the parish calendar to confirm date and room location).
