The demands on a mother’s time and energy are enormous, leaving very little of either to devote to her own needs.
That’s why we have M.O.M.S., to give you a chance to look at yourself and to make new friends among other women who are parenting.
The time we spend together focuses on issues such as self-esteem, stress, spirituality, feelings, growth and friendship.

Who should take this program?
The MOMS program is especially helpful for stay-at-home or working moms with newborns, toddlers and/or preschoolers. The program provides benefits such as opportunities to make friends, connect with other Catholic moms, and grow spiritually.
Course Materials
We use the text, MOMS: A Personal Journal.
Each participant will need to purchase a journal ($22) through the Christian Formation Office when they sign up.
Babysitting is Provided!
Babysitting is provided by fellow SJV caring moms, but must be pre-arranged.
There is a one-time charge of $18 for babysitting. Call the office at 262-796-3944 as space is limited.
