St. John Vianney School welcomes new students. Prospective families are invited to tour the school, visit classrooms and feel the spirit of St. John Vianney students at work. In addition to private tours, open houses are held to showcase the great work of our students and the sense of community our school provides. School Registration
Annual school registration is held during the month of January for returning students and February for new students for the following school year.
Prospective Kindergarten families are welcome to tour the school before and during Kindergarten Round-up in the spring. Kindergarten Round-up Day provides children an opportunity to meet teachers and prospective new friends/classmates while parents meet with the principal and volunteer parent leadership to learn more about the school. Tours of the school are available after the open house.
Waiting List Standards
When maximum grade enrollment is reached, a waiting list of prospective students is created. The school utilizes the following standard in prioritizing students/families on the waiting list:
Students who are presently enrolled as of the current school year.
Siblings of current students whose parents are registered St. John Vianney Parish members.
Children whose parents are registered SJV parish members. Enrollment priority based on:
St. John Vianney Parish enrollment date.
School Registration Request Form receipt date.
Children of SJV teachers and staff members.
Children whose parents are not St. John Vianney Parish members in the following priority order:
Grandchildren of registered parish members.
Children of SJV alumnae.
Families of other Catholic parishes.
All other families.
Tuition payments must be current to register children for the next school term.
Kindergarten Registration
To enter Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before September first of that year. Kindergarten registration begins in January for current 4k students and siblings of current K-8 students and February for new students for the following school year.

The registration form is available at the school office. After the form and registration fee are received, the school office will contact new families regarding placement.
