Shamrock Weekly - is sent home every Tuesday.  The Shamrock Weekly has information regarding school news and reminders of activities for the following week.  Submissions to the Shamrock Weekly are due Monday 8am for inclusion in Tuesday's  edition.

Home and School Association Minutes - Minutes from monthly Home & School Association meetings are posted for review.  School families are invited and welcome to attend meetings as voting members.


School Board Minutes. - Minutes from School Board meetings are approved by members via E-mail and posted before the next monthly meeting.  The meetings follow a standard agenda.  Parents are invited to address the board for open forum.  Meetings are held generally the third Monday each month at 7 p.m. in room P209.

Annual Good News Publication - Each Spring a publication highlighting students who have received an award or participated in an academic challenge is printed.  Our students accomplish many wonderful things.  Note:  This link is password protected, so you must first login on the left tool bar menu and then open the page.

Inclement Weather   St. John Vianney School will be open unless an announcement is made on local media stations that ELMBROOK SCHOOL SYSTEM is closed.  The name of our school WILL NOT be announced separately from the Elmbrook School System.   St. John Vianney School may close for a specific building issue (such as electrical failure/water damage issues) then St. John Vianney School will be announced separately.
