Track Registration Information
Parish youth members in
grades 5-8 are invited to join the St. John Vianney Shamrocks Track team!
Completed forms, $40 nonrefundable participant fee ($60 if after February 19, no exceptions) and $30 uniform deposit are due to the parish or school office by February 19, 2010. Please make check payable to SJV Athletics.
The following forms are required with payment: Registration Medical Forms & Contracts Note: Athletes will not be allowed to participate in any practices until all forms are totally complete, including Physical Exam Form.
Parent / Guardian Meeting and Uniform Distribution
The parent information meeting will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2010 in the Presentation Hall @ 6:30 p.m. Parents/guardians new to the program are encouraged to attend.
Parents and athletes are responsible for knowing and abiding by the policies in the Athletic Manual.
Practice Practice starts the week of March 30. Practices are twice a week either in the SJV gymnasium or Brookfield Central High School track. In 2010, practices are held Mondays and Thursdays 5:30 - 7 p.m.
Uniforms
Uniforms are distributed at the parent meeting and/or during the week of team splits. At the end of the season, uniforms are collected. Families are contacted if the uniform has not been returned or is returned in a damaged condition. The uniform deposit is returned or cashed at this time.

Volunteer Opportunities
The SJV athletic program is run entirely by volunteers. Your help is greatly needed! All families, excluding the coaching staff, are required to assist at one meet per child registered in track. Please check an area of interest under the volunteer section on the registration form.
