Write out your prayer intentions.
Take a quick moment and thank God for something you may normally consider mundane
Listen to worship music.
Offering my day to God every morning
Practice a daily examen (around 10 minutes) and think about things for which you are grateful, areas you may have fallen short, and what you can do the next day to make a small improvement.
Pray as a family before meals.
Make a concerted effort to go to Mass on a weekend when you are feeling low.
Find a quiet, cool and peaceful spot to say the Rosary. We have Rosary rings in different sizes available for free in the parish office!

Take a scenic drive to any of the area lakes while listening to your favorite music of faith.
Visit the Adoration Chapel at SJV
Take a ride out to Holy Hill and walk the outdoor Stations of the Cross
